REOPENINGMARBLEARCH

This week has been a hectic week for me. I have been working overnight from Sunday to Thursday helping refurbish and re-merchandise New Look in Marble Arch. It has been tough and tiring as we had loads to do in such little time. Before the refurbishment this particular store looked very run-down, old and didn't really fit the area it was based in. So it really is amazing seeing the transformation as the store now is so much more visually attractive and fits the brand more. Overall I had a wicked time meeting the VM team and helping with merchandising the store. It has been loads of fun. So here are a few pictures I took of the end result!

TATA-NAKALOVE

This season's London Fashion Week was by the far the best, loads of prints and patterns caught my eye. My favourite was the design label Tata-Naka created by Tamara and Natasha Surguladze. Its a modern take on the 1950s pool party scene with the big hair, warm colours and structured silhouettes.

 

PRIMARKJACKPOT

A few weeks ago me and a friend decided to drive down to lakeside for a bit of retail theraphy. I have been after a suit (shorts and matching blazer) for ages aftering seeing Caroline Flack in her navy blue one at the Brits earlier this year. I looked everywhere and couldnt seem to find one, at least ones that matched. So when I walked into Primark I found one just hanging there on the wall! It also came with long trousers and a black version aswell. I love everything about this combo, the style, the colour, the patterns it is definitley my favourite buy this year!
